This Ultra Hydrating Toner helps to tone, hydrate and invigorate the skin of your face, neck and décolleté.
Enriched with 2 key ingredients:
Cucumber Extract to soothe and relieve puffy skin.
D-Panthenol to moisturize and help increase elasticity.
Ideal to prepare the décolleté to apply Wonderstripes Wrinkle Reducing Décolletage Pad or the sensitive eye area to apply Wonderstripes Eyelid Strips.

HOW TO APPLY
- Apply a small amount of toner on cotton pad. Dab the cotton pad onto the upper eyelid to cleanse the area and dry.
- Move the toner infused cotton pad in circular motions from forehead to chin and neck area. The toner is enriched with hydrating ingredients that will leave your skin feeling smooth and soft.
