A letter from Christie and Greg

Hi, I'm Christie. In the fall of 2025, I did something unexpected: I became the owner of a company older than many in this field. And three months later, my husband, Greg, decided to join me.
I spent more than 30 years communicating and educating about the science of health, mostly for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. I am trained to ask for and scrutinize the evidence. I also believe, deeply, that conventional medicine and alternative modalities are not opponents. Both can be true. The best of Western science and the best of time-tested practice can sit side by side and serve the same goal: helping you feel like yourself again. Most of the world asks you to pick a side. We don't.
2Our own turning point was personal.
Several years back Greg was diagnosed with a serious chronic health condition which, if not treated properly, could lead to severe long-term complications. Here was his prescription: medication, a healthy, well-balanced diet, movement, adequate sleep, and sunlight. This was the moment we took an entirely different approach to our health. We read, we tested, we changed how we eat, move, sleep, and recover, all in our mid-50s. But you know what? It worked. Much of what supported our success came from the very category of tools we now offer you.
We use these products. We believe in them. We research them. We evaluate them. Our goal is to find just the right one for you.
Tools for Wellness is the place people trust for supportive, alternative, and evidence-based tools across health, recovery, mind, and energy. Not just a store. A resource you can rely on, and a community we hope you'll want to be part of. We still have so much work to do.
