About the gamma sessions
Gamma activity around 40 Hz is associated with higher-level processing and sharp attention. The Plus includes three ways to work with it: a session that cycles between 40 Hz and the calming SMR range (12 to 15 Hz), a randomized session that varies around 38 to 42 Hz, and a fixed 40 Hz session. Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) delivers gentle pulses of light through the eyeset and matching tones through the headphones.
