The Limina Light and Sound Meditation 

The Limina includes a full-breadth of pre-programmed sessions to help target your specific needs.  Whether you are looking for sessions focused on Meditation, Attention/Focus, or Relaxation the Limina has over 100 customized sessions.

The Limina glasses are fully RGB (Red, Green, Blue), with millions of possible color combinations.   The quality of the audio is fantastic.  The quality EarBuds are comfortable and offer crisp CD like sound.

Over 100 Light & Sound sessions!  There’s also additional memory available to add more sessions as desired.  The Limina includes a free session creation software, if you’d like to create your own sessions.

The Limina can create binaural beats and isochronic tones utilizing a variety of audio wave-forms, plus pink noise.  It can easily decode any SpectraStrobe™ or AudioStrobe® audio tracks when you play them through the AUX audio input.  If you like to play affirmation, meditation, and other material you can use the input and the Limina mixes it with the internally synthesized sounds.
