Description

Why do we do the things we do?      Why do we have certain feelings?     Why do we experience moodiness and melancholy?     Can we alter these feelings?     Can you change from being down to feeling up?    What control do we have over our own mind?

Anna Wise reveals how a careful understanding of the four types of brain waves, and the practice of carefully designed meditation exercises that lead to a mastery of each type, can vastly improve everyday focus, memory, concentration, and overall mental awareness.

The TOOLS staff found this book to be a practical and easily understandable approach to human consciousness, rather than previous clinical examinations of the topic.
