Light & Sound Therapy

Color therapy glasses are a great way to incorporate color therapy into your life! Wear different colors to elicit distinct moods and states. Chromotherapy (Color Therapy) is a proven therapy, not just in holistic health but also in traditional, Western healthcare.

Current studies concluded that Color Therapy is a natural way to cure various ailments and is utilized world wide. Read more about these findings HERE.

We naturally associate colors with emotions and feelings. We say, "I'm green with envy," or "You're yellow bellied," or "I see red!" or "I'm feeling blue," or "I'm in a black mood." With color therapy, each color is associated with particular emotions and feelings. Colors each have different frequencies and vibrations. When a particular color frequency enters our body, by wearing color glasses, for example, that vibration can have an effect on our emotions. It is easy to become out of balance. The appropriate color may allow our feelings and emotions to return to a balanced state and we'll feel better.

Violet (Purple): Inspiration, calm nerves, reduced irritation, creativity, beauty.

Indigo: Serenity, imagination, accurate perception, understanding, strong deep sleep.

The Sacred Solfeggio Tuning Forks are a set of forks in the sacred frequencies known as the Secret Solfeggio.

Deciphered by Dr. Joseph Puleo using the ancient Pythagorean method of reducing the verse numbers to their single digit integers, the codes revealed a series 6 of electro-magnetic sound frequencies that correspond to the 6 missing tones of the ancient Solfeggio scale. These original sound frequencies were used in Ancient Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings when sung in harmony during religious masses. These frequencies can now be produced with the Sacred Solfeggio Tuning Forks.

Sound healing using the Solfeggio frequencies has been proven as an effective tool in healing generational trauma and DNA. Read more about the research here.

Included forks and frequencies

UT (ut quent laxis) Liberating Guilt & Fear ... 396 Hz RE (resonare fibris)

Facilitating Change & Support ... 417 Hz MI (mira gestorum)

Transformation & Miracles DNA Repair ... 528 Hz FA (famuli tuorum)

Connecting & Relationships ... 639 Hz SOL (solve polluti)

Awakening Intuition ... 741 Hz LA (labili reatum)

Returning to Spirit ... 852 Hz

The Sacred Solfeggio Tuning Forks are available in either the original set of 6 or in the complete set of 9 forks, which includes the 3 missing notes (174 Hz, 285 Hz, & 963 Hz.)

Each kit includes a velvet pouch.

Please note the frequencies of the weighted set are different from the unweighted Solfeggio tuning fork set. The frequencies of these forks are proprietary.

Should I choose Standard or Weighted?

Which style is right for you? Standard tuning forks are great for vibrational healing such as sound toning and for working with energies, such as opening energy blocks, clearing chakras, or cleansing auras. In the process of promoting the flow of vital life force within the human body and the human energy field, they are intended to assist and facilitate clearing, balancing, and energizing the energy body in a simple and gentle way. Standard tuning forks also have the unique quality of being able to produce harmonic intervals (multiple pitches that occur at the same time) when struck together. Weighted tuning forks don't produce harmonic intervals as easily, however they have a much stronger vibration, making them easier to feel, and excellent for uses such as acupuncture, sound puncture, and muscle relaxation techniques. In addition to their own sound and vibrational healing qualities, weighted tuning forks can physically transfer their frequency of vibration to the body by using forced resonance, or by directly applying the handle (also called stem) of the tuning fork on the body at point of focus, such as a meridian or chakra. This is a way of creating movement or frequency vibration in any area of the body, and as such, weighted tuning forks are known to give immediate relief from pain when used with interferential therapy techniques. Weighted tuning forks vibrate for longer periods of time and stay at their exact frequency longer. This makes them great for accurate or precision tuning or toning when doing sessions on yourself or others.

Weighted Frequencies are different from Unweighted: 69.5 Hz RE, 66 Hz UT, 88 Hz MI, 106.5Hz FA, 123.5 Hz SOL, 142 Hz LA

About our Tuning Forks Our tuning forks are made from a special Aluminum Alloy that is heat treated giving them a very pure tone. The single fundamental frequency will remain constant for up to 15-20 years and the non-tarnishing material will not rust or corrode. Each fork is tuned by hand to an accuracy of /- 0.25% or better.

Please do not confuse our tuning forks with inferior products being made in China and Pakistan.

The Otto tuners are used for relaxation, as the sound vibrates into the bones and releases tension.

The Otto Tuners are tuned to the frequencies of 32cps, 64cps and 128cps.

They vibrate at a low pitch and due to their weighted ends, the sound lasts longer than that of regular tuning forks. Their frequencies are based on an 8 cps fundamental tone raised in octaves (i.e. 8 cps, 16 cps, 32 cps, 64 cps, 128 cps.) The 8 cps fundamental, which based on the pulsation of the planet earth, is the generating tone for all our tuning forks. The 128 Otto Tuner is especially effective when placed on the rib heads, thoracic vertebra, sternum and ileums.

Two Otto Tuners tapped gently on the knees and held to the ears create a beautiful sustained low tone, which is excellent for grounding and relaxation.

The 64 Otto Tuner is especially effective when placed on the lower lumbar vertebrae, sacrum and coccyx. Its vibration helps loosen the sacral ligaments as well as stimulating and balancing the ganglion of impar, a center for controlling the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

The 32 Otto Tuner works with your skin and hair to stimulate nerves. Otto Tuners are available in three Different Frequencies: 32, 64 and 128 Hz. It is recommended to start with the Otto 128.

Instructions

For using the 128 and 64 Otto Tuners with bones and ligament, hold the forks by the stem and gently tap them on your knee. With the finger or thumb of your free hand locate the spot on the body where you want to place the tuning fork. Press the end of the stem of the tuning fork onto the spot. Make a firm contact and hold the tuning fork until you feel the vibrations stop. For listening, hold the 128 Otto Tuner by the stem and gently tap the weights on your knees or tapping pad. Bring the tuning fork(s) to your ears and adjust the distance by tone. Hold one fork about an inch from your left ear and one an inch from to the right ear. This creates a long sustained pitch. This works well with the 128 Otto. The 64 and 32 Otto may also be used in this manner. When tapping the 64 Otto and 32 Otto, gently tap the body (the weighted portion) of the tuning fork on your palm. This will set the weights in motion and create a pure tone. The 32 Otto is especially effective for stimulating nerves on the skin and hair. Tap it by the body as described and than lightly touch your skin or hair with the edge of the tuning fork body. You will fell it stimulate, vibrate, and "tug" at your skin and hair. You can also tap the fork and move it very slowly across an area just above your skin without touching.

The set of 3 includes a free activator and velvet storage pouch.

The DAVID Delight is the simplest way into Audio-Visual Entrainment. Ten built-in sessions, no app, no subscription, nothing to program. Choose a session, put on the eyeset and headphones, and give yourself twenty minutes.

Made by Mind Alive Inc. in Edmonton, Canada, the Delight is designed to support calm, focus, and sleep with light and sound rather than pills. It is the model we recommend for first-time users and for anyone who wants a routine that fits in a bag.

Designed to support

• A calmer, quieter mind after a stressful day
• Easier sleep onset and a steadier evening wind-down
• Focus and mental clarity during work or study
• A brighter mood, including through the darker months
• A caffeine-free lift in the morning

10 built-in sessions

Two sessions in each of five categories, so you can pick by need.

How it works

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) delivers gentle pulses of light through the eyeset and matching tones through the headphones. The brain tends to fall into step with a steady rhythm, a response called frequency following, which researchers can observe on EEG within a few minutes. Each session is built around a target range: faster rhythms for alertness, slower rhythms for relaxation and sleep. Sessions end with a gradual soft-off fade so you are not startled.

AVE has been studied for more than 30 years. Published work includes shorter sleep onset in older adults using evening sessions, improved seasonal mood scores with morning sessions, attention gains in students, and mood and balance improvements in seniors. Mind Alive's own pilot studies are small (6 to 8 participants) and are described as such on their research pages. We share this so you can weigh the evidence for yourself.

Technology

• Tru-Vu Omniscreen eyeset. Eight blue-tinted white LEDs behind a translucent screen spread light evenly across both eyes and can drive each side at a different rate.
• Randomized stimulation. Small variations within each session help the brain follow the rhythm without habituating to it.
• Night-Vue buttons. Raised, illuminated controls you can find in the dark without opening your eyes.
• Soft-off fade. Light and sound dim gradually at the end of every session.
• Portable power. Runs on the included 9-volt battery or the AC adapter.

Choose your eyeset

• Standard (white) eyeset, eyes closed. Soft white light seen through closed eyelids as shifting patterns. A clean, neutral choice for calm, focus, and sleep.
• Multi-Color eyeset, eyes closed. Adds color to each session: blue for calm and sleep, green for meditation, yellow for focus, red for energy.

• DAVID Delight device
• Tru-Vu Omniscreen LED eyeset (Standard or Multi-Color, per your selection) with carry case
• Stereo headphones and patch cord

Made by Mind Alive Inc. in Edmonton, Canada, the Pro carries the full 28-session library of the Delight Plus and adds ear-clip CES for people who want more than light and sound. It is the model we suggest for practitioners and for home users who have outgrown a preset-only device.

• Sleep onset and a settled evening routine

What is CES?

Cranio-Electro Stimulation delivers a very small pulsed current (100 microamps, 0.5 to 100 Hz) across the head through soft ear-clip electrodes. Most people feel a faint tingle at the clips or nothing at all. CES has its own research history for stress, sleep, and mood, and it is used clinically alongside AVE. On the Delight Pro, the CES rate automatically follows whichever AVE session is running, or you can select the standalone 100 Hz CES mode with no light or sound.
