Use the Jacob's Ladder (4096Hz) with a crystal to enhance group meditations by placing a vibrating tuning fork on the very top of the crystal.

Use the tuning forks with your common polarity therapy techniques, whether it be by surrounding the person in a sacred geometrical pattern such as a five-pointed star or standing at the head and the feet, moving the tuning forks in the form of the symbol or line you create.
