How to Place an Order

- Browse Products:
- Find items by using one of several different searching methods on our site.
On the top of each page are tabs which show our main product categories. Our
Search Box will help fine-tune your search by combining different several attributes
or the product you are searching for. You can type the catalog item number,
product name, or a description of what you're looking for into the search box.
- Once you've found what you are looking for, click on the item's name or picture
to see more information.
- Selecting Your Items
- Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
We provide a handy online shopping cart to gather items for purchase. Simply
click the "Order" button located next to the item you'd like to purchase.
You'll also see the catalog item # to the left. Each item will remain in your
cart until you remove or purchase it. View items in your cart at any time by
selecting the "View Cart" icon at the top of each page.
- Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping
Cart, merely change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click
the "Update" button to see your new subtotal.
- Deleting Items in Your Cart
To delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the word "Remove" that
appears to the right of each item in your Shopping Cart.
- Check Out & Your Account When you are ready to send us your order, select the "Shopping Cart Icon"
icon which is located at the top of each page. Review the contents of your cart,
then click on "Checkout". This will take you through a simple step-by-step
process to complete your order.

Feel free to order by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our staff is available to take your order and answer your questions
Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm Pacific Time. At all other times,
you can leave your order on our automated ordering system. If you leave your
email address with your order, we'll send an email order and shipment confirmation, which
details what has been shipped, amount billed, and shipment tracking details.

Shipping Rates
The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type
in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost
of your order before you enter your credit card info. Some items mention an
additional shipping charge will be added to your order. This charge is reflected
in the amount you see on your screen before you submit your order.
Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Shipping charges

We ship via several carriers such as UPS, FedEx and USPS (Postal Service) and will choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package. We may ship your order using either ground or air shipping services as necessary to meet the estimated delivery date.
Shipping FAQ:
When will I receive my order?
It depends on the status of the items you order and the shipping method you
select. With over 1000 items in our warehouse and, we can ship practically any
item you need today. Just about all in-stock orders placed before 2:30 p.m.
Pacific Time will ship from our warehouse that same day. Then you choose the
shipping option that meets your needs. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will
be processed the following Monday.
When will my order arrive?:
STANDARD SHIPPING: Takes anywhere from
1 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse in Southern
California. Some items are shipped directly from manufacturers and publishers and may require
extra transit time.
RUSH SHIPPING: Takes 2-4 business days to just about
any address in the contiguous United States. Allow extra time to Alaska and
Hawaii. We may ship your order using either ground or air shipping services as necessary to meet the estimated delivery date. These options do not correspond directly to any carrier-branded One-Day or Two-Day shipping services.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: You'll get your order
the next business day to just about any address in the contiguous United States.
Allow extra time for Alaska and Hawaii. These options do not correspond directly to any carrier-branded One-Day or Two-Day shipping services. We also have Saturday and Sunday delivery

INTERNATIONAL: You'll get your order usually in 3-4 days (Rush) or 18-40 days (Standard) to

Expect delivery within 5-40 business days (depending on shipping speed you've selected, your location, and customs clearance). Each country is different ... some countries process packages very quickly and have fast customs-clearance procedures while others are notoriously slow. We MUST have a daytime phone
number to process your order. The shpping carrier will contact you upon arrival of your shipment for payment of local duties, taxes and customs charges that are determined
by your local government. We reserve the right to bill your credit card in the
event that any duties or taxes are unable to be collected from you. Refused
shipments will be billed for additional shipping charges back to us. Contact us for more information.
International Customers We ship worldwide, and are proud to say that
we've shipped to over 134 countries around the world. We ship most International "Standard" orders via U.S. Airmail, which is then transferred to the postal system in your country. We ship most International "Rush" orders via
FedEx International service, for quick, efficient, reliable service
within 3-6 days (via our Rush Service) to just about any address in the world. Because international shipments are subject to customs clearance and possible security delays, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Please note that most
international shipments are shipped complete... so we may hold your order for
all backordered items to arrive. We are required by law to list the price you
paid as the customs amount of the package. Upon arrival of your package in your
country, FedEx or your postal service will contact you to arrange payment of any local duties / taxes
/ customs charges assessed by your government. Keep in mind that we have absolutely
no control over these charges. On some international shipments, a $5 (or local
equivalent) "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company.
We have no control over these charges. Additionally, when ordering from Tools
For Wellness, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with
all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Please note that if a package is sent to someone other than you, that person
is responsible for payment of duties and taxes. Tools For Wellness reserves
the right to charge the customer for customs duty in the event of non-payment.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the package, we reserve the right to charge
your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. Due to warranty
issues and manufacturer or medical restrictions, we are not able to ship all
products to all geographical locations. Even though our shopping cart may accept
your order, we will notify you of any inability to ship to your country and
give you the chance of changing your order. All prices listed are in United
States Dollars (USD) and your credit card will be billed as such.
How will you ship my order?
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt, so please make sure your address, phone number, email address and requested shipping method are correct before you submit your order. Please also check your email confirmation carefully, as it is a result of the information you have entered, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. Please see below regarding additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses.
We may be unable to change your order once we have received it, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We ship most orders for in-stock
items the same day if we receive them by 2:30 pm Pacific Time. Orders received
Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Some orders may
be delayed as we thoroughly investigate the validity of credit card transactions
and verify billing information, and we can't be held responsible for order processing
delays because of this. This is all done for your security.
Packages shipped and/or delivered with incorrect address information
If the information you provide us as you place your order has incorrect or incomplete address information, we may be charged by the delivering carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) an address correction fee. Examples of incorrect information include missing Apartment or Suite numbers, incorrect zip codes, missing floor number or building number if applicable, incomplete name (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW). We do reserve the right to charge your credit card for these fees. They vary among carriers and type of service.
In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address or if the address you provide us is considered undeliverable, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you. Examples of undeliverable packages include, but are not limited to: orders that have incorrect address information, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that aren't delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages unclaimed at the UPS local office or any other reason out of UPS's control that result in the package being returned to us. Please make sure the addresses are correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages. If a package is shipped to your home address and you ask the carrier to forward it to another address, additional fees may apply. If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it may be shipped back to us by the carrier, and we reserve the right to bill your credit card both for the return shipping and the outbound charges to reship your package.
We do not ship to jails or prisons and cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to these addresses without our knowledge.
Review Your Information Carefully!
It's important that you carefully enter your information while placing your order. Some common errors are:
typing errors ("typos"),
entering billing information on the shipping information page and shipping information on the billing page
incorrect zip code
Each order is reviewed by our staff before it is processed, and we'll do everything possible to try to catch an error before your order is shipped, but it is ultimately up to you to make sure the information you submit is correct. You always have an opportunity to review your information before you submit your order and we ask that you do this carefully. We do reserve the right to bill your credit card for any address correction or shipment rerouting fees we are billed from the shipping carriers.
Orders shipped to 48 Continental United States and general shipping information:
We ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and other carriers for delivery
within 1-7 business days, depending on your distance from our Southern California
distribution center. UPS and FedEx cannot
deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you provide us with a street address. Items
backordered will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped as soon as possible
via Standard Delivery at no additional shipping charges to you. Backorder dates are based on the individual manufacturer's estimated delivery date to us and are subject to change without notice. We are in continual contact with the manufacturers and ship backordered items as soon as possible. However, there are unforeseen circumstances that delay items. We update our information as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer.
Please be assured that we are working hard to fulfill your order upon receipt of the merchandise. We only charge
for shipping once per order and only charge your credit card for items when
we ship them.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO,
and other US Possessions:
We ship most orders via Priority Mail from the US Postal Service. See above
for Rush and Express delivery orders.
Orders shipped to other countries:
We ship most "standard" orders via FedEx or Airmail from the United States Postal Service (our discretion). Once your
package clears customs, FedEx or the postal system in your country handles the ultimate delivery to you. Please
allow up to 40 days for delivery from the date of shipment. Our experience has been that many postal systems and customs agencies have been experiencing long delays. "Rush" orders are sent via FedEx for delivery within 5-7 business days. Please note that you'll
be responsible for any duties and taxes on any international shipment, regardless of the delivering carrier.
Be sure to read about international duties / taxes / customs charges that may be assessed and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking My Package
After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email shipment confirmation.
We'll detail which items have been shipped, how much was billed to you, and
which item(s) may be on backorder, along with their expected ship dates. We'll
also provide a shipment tracking number, and easy links to the shipping carriers

International Orders
International Customers:
We ship worldwide, and are proud to say that we've shipped to over 127 countries
around the world.
Ordering Information:
Simply place your order online, and select your country from the pull-down
menu listing on the order form. If your country is not listed, we are unable
to ship to your country at this time. The complete amount billed to your credit
card will be shown, including shipping charges. Any applicable duties / taxes
/ customs charges are billed separately to you by the delivering carrier. Please

Important Information for International Customers:
- Unless specified otherwise, products that require a power source are
designed for 110v AC power. When using these products with other power sources,
it is suggested that you purchase a converter locally. We cannot be responsible
for items that become damaged or defective as a result of misuse or inoperability. When using 110v designed products in an international setting, any warranty is voided, even when using a converter, as you are using these products at YOUR OWN RISK.
- We are required by law to list the price you paid as the customs amount
of the package.
- We are required to accurately list the contents of your shipment.
Descriptions such as "educational materials" are no longer acceptable.
- Upon arrival of your package in your country, FedEx will contact you
to arrange payment of any local duties / taxes / customs charges assessed by
your government. Keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these
charges. On some international shipments, a $5 (or local equivalent) "disbursement"
or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We have no
control over these charges. In some outlying areas, and for addresses where FedEx is not the delivering carrier, we may be assessed a delivery-area-surcharge by the carrier that makes ultimate delivery to you. We reserve the right to bill your credit card for any shipping surcharges. In our experience, less than 1% of all international orders fall into this category.
- When ordering from Tools For Wellness, you are considered the importer

Return Policy:
We are committed to your Satisfaction! Everyone at Tools For Wellness shares a philosophy of wanting to help you find just the right products to fit your needs. Keep in mind that many products have a cumulative effect and it is unrealistic to expect immediate results. Allow sufficient time for the product to achieve the desired effect.
If you want to return a product please Contact Us with your name, address, and invoice number (found at the top of each invoice) within 30 days of receipt. We will then email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to send your return. We do not accept returns without an R.A.# on the outside of the carton. Please be sure your item is in new and unused condition, and to pack it in its original box.
Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement, store credit (which automatically gets applied to your next order) or send you a refund. Returns are usually processed within 4-5 days of receipt, and refunds to your credit card take 10-14 business days after your return is processed, and refund checks are mailed within 2 weeks. Refunds are issued in the same manner as original payment. If merchandise or gift certificates were used as a form of payment, we'll reissue those to you upon resolving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge, and some products such as liquids, supplements, lotions, oils, printed and recorded material are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken. Personal products such as wraps, mattresses, and products that use water are not returnable for sanitary health reasons. We are unable to accept returns of watches or other jewelry items that have signs of wear. The other few products that are not returnable are described in the product description. Please contact us immediately upon receipt if your product is damaged or defective, and well replace it promptly.
All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Items returned in less than new condition or incomplete may be subject to additional restocking charges. You may send your return to us via any shipping carrier you'd like, but ensuring that the item is delivered to us is your responsibility. Re-shipping charges (for exchanges) will be charged to the payment method on file with the original order. If you return any items from an order that received Free Shipping, the original shipping amount associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount (the amount that would have been charged if you were billed for shipping).
Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the product you purchased from us and the ultimate decision regarding accepting returns is based on our sole discretion.
Sales Tax:
We are required to collect sales tax for all shipments to addresses in California. The rate is based on the current sales tax rate for Los Angeles County, where we're located.
New Products:
If you are a manufacturer of a product that you feel fits into our product line, we want to hear from you! Please Contact Us and select "New Product Submission" from the pull-down list and submit. We'll send an immediate reply with all the information you'll need. You must be the source of the product ... we don't deal with resellers or multi-level products.
Wholesale Ordering:
At this time, we don't sell wholesale, but if you're interested in multiple quantities of the same item (usually 5 or more of the same item) please Contact Us for special pricing.
Affiliate Program:
At this time, we do not have an affiliate program.
Retail Store:
We have an online store and printed catalog only, and do not have a physical storefront. We're sorry, but we do not offer pick up or will call services for orders at this time.

We care about the environment, preserving our natural resources, and helping to eliminate mailbox clutter.
