Dreamate Sleep Aid

Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Dreamate produces a double frequency massage stimulation on specific sleep-related acupressure points on the underside of your left wrist for calming, sleep-inducing stress relief without side effects.

Instructions

1. Press down and slide the battery cover to insert the AAA battery into the compartment in accordance with the correct direction. Push back the battery cover after installing the batteries.

2. When using the Dreamate, moisten the two black conductive rubbers on the back of the unit with your fingertips for best conductivity between Dreamate and your skin.

3. Place Dreamate on your left wrist underside and align front edge of the device with the first horizontal line of your wrist. Wear the Dreamate with suitable tightness and allow the black conductive rubber to contact gently with your skin.

4. Check that the output switch is at the minimum position, then press the POWER button for 4 seconds until the LED light comes on. Dreamate will initiate a "vibrating massage".

5. People's skin resistance varies; adjust the output strength to a comfortable level.

6. Every Dreamate operation lasts 30 minutes. Dreamate powers off automatically.

Uses 1 AAA battery (included). 9 1/2" strap. Not suitable for persons with pacemakers or any monitoring by electronic equipment.
