Sound Therapy is a unique listening system using new knowledge about the brain. Based on the discoveries of the ear specialist, Dr Alfred Tomatis, the method developed by Patricia and Rafaele Joudry is now available as a portable self help program that can be used by anyone, anywhere.

Specially recorded CDs of highly filtered classical music are used to rehabilitate the ear and stimulate the brain. Sound Therapy stimulates the ear by presenting it with constantly alternating sounds of high and low tone. This in turn exercises the middle ear muscles and stimulates the receptor cells in the inner ear.

As the ear becomes open and receptive to high frequency sounds these are then passed on to the brain. The brain is recharged by means of sound, releasing latent vitality, obliterating tiredness, lessening the need for sleep, and inducing a permanent state of peace and relaxation.

These recordings use the special Sound Therapy filtering system devised by Dr. Alfred Tomatis and refined over the last 20 years by Patricia and Rafaele Joudry. It is the activation and filtering of the music which renders it into a powerful therapeutic program for the ear and brain.

The self help program is done using these CD's and a portable CD player. It is easy to do and takes no time out of your day. In fact many people say it gives them an extra two or three hours a day!
