The Sleep Therapy Pillow does not emit any sound of it's own and therefore requires an audio device to make it function (iPod, MP3 player, CD player, TV, etc. with a mini style (1/8") headphone jack). Also works with our Sound Oasis and Sound Oasis Deluxe Sound Therapy Systems.
