About Brainwave Frequencies

The human brain contains billions of interconnected brain cells called neurons. Brainwaves are the composite of the individual neuron activity of the brain, which convert into thoughts, actions and behaviors.

Brainwave frequencies are measured on two scales: cycles per second, also referred to as Hertz (Hz), and amplitude, which is the intensity. For example, ocean waves demonstrate cycles (wave frequency=cycles) and amplitude (wave height=intensity). We generate four distinct types of brainwave patterns.

Beta 13 to 40 Hz This is the state where most routine thinking and physical functioning occurs. High intensity beta can lead to unhealthy stress and anxiety.

Alpha 8 to 12 Hz. It is the wakeful state of relaxed and effortless alertness.

Theta 4 to 8 Hz. This is the deeply relaxed state of free-flowing inward focus.

Delta 0.5 to 4 Hz. Delta is entered in the deep sleep state where physical and mental regeneration occur.

About The Newly Improved CrystalWhite Multi-Purpose Glasses™

The MindSpa Personal Development Systems includes the new broad spectrum CrystalWhite™ led Multi-Purpose Glasses.
